Reliable Elevator’s Account Team – The Best in the Business

 

 

  Michael Arritola has over 35 years in the elevator industry.
Started in construction for United States Elevator in 1971 as an apprentice working throughout Southern California. 1974 moving to General Elevator as a repair and escalator mechanic for six years. Working as a service mechanic and troubleshooter for Haughton Elevator and Advance Elevator until 1988. In 1988 started as a salesmen for Amtech-Reliable Elevator Los Angeles office. Quickly winning awards for top producing salesman, Mike was promoted to sales manager and then Regional Modernization Sales manager for Southern California. In 1994 Mike’s region was the top sales and net profit producing region. Moving to the San Diego branch for Amtech, as sales manager in 1996 and then it’s Branch Manager, Mike’s branch was a five time Presidents Award winner, for top producing branch in the county. 2004 was the launch of the new Reliable Elevator in San Diego, three years later becoming the largest independent elevator company in town.
 
  Vice President of Operations Bill Chapman has 20 years experience in the elevator trade.

Bill joined with Mike Arritola in 2004 to start Reliable Elevator, with over 20 years of technical experience Bill personally took on all service, repairs, modernizations and trouble shooting in the early days of Reliable Elevator.

Prior to Reliable Elevator Bill served as service manager for Amtech Elevator. He joined Amtech Reliable Elevator in 1985 as a construction helper and rose through the ranks working construction, adjusting, repairs, modernization, trouble shooter, and special projects coordinator.

Bill holds Reliable Elevator San Diego C-11 contractor license and the company conveyance certificate.

 
  Vice President of Operations Lance Green has 27 years experience in the elevator trade.
Lance began his career in 1981 as an apprentice building Reliable Elevator controllers, moving to mechanic, troubleshooter, superintendent, service manager, and finally Vice President. A resident of nearby Diamond Bar, Lance enjoys building classic cars, like his prized Shelby Cobra Coupe.
 
  Jevon Hadley, the Southern California sales manager,
Jevon has twelve years experience as sales representative and sales manager. Jevon brings extensive administrative knowledge to your facility. A 1989 graduate of UC Santa Barbara, he has previously served as major account representative for Kaiser Hospitals, the County of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Unified School District, as well as many other clients. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing and watching Extreme Makeover Home Edition, where his much more talented wife works.

 

  Repair/Mod Manager Jerry Sanders,
Jerry brings 28 years of experiance to Reliable Elevator.  Factory Trained by: Maxton Engineering (Hydraulic Control Valves), EECO (Hydraulic Control Valves, Jack Units), Bucher (Hydraulic Control Valves), Boremax (Jack Units), Winter-Bain (Jack Units), GAL (Door Equipment), MAC (Door Equipment), ECI (Door Equipment), CEC-Swift Controllers (5000, Futura, Meridia, Remote Networking and Monitoring), MCE Controllers (All Models and Monitoring Systems), Otis (Elevonic Controllers-Traction & Hydraulic, Door Systems, Adjusting and Troubleshooting, New Equipment and Modernization Installation Processes) and Thyssen Krupp TAC 50 Regenerative Drive Systems. Jerry is also an OSHA Instructor for both 30 Hour and 10 Hour Certifications.

Orange County and Los Angeles office opened in 2006 and has quickly grown larger than the San Diego office, combined they represent one of the largest if not the largest, independent elevator companies in Southern California. As a second generation elevator mechanic, Mike contributes hiring the top field workers, and quality customer service as the reasons for the dynamic growth of the organization. With over fifteen service routes, six senior troubleshooters and twelve mod/repair crews, Reliable Elevator has the resources to handle the largest modernization, of the smallest service. Corporate offices are located in San Diego with branch office in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Irvine.. With over sixty employees, we look forward to working with you on your project.

  Reliable Elevator has a different approach to our personnel. We actively recruit mechanics who are the best at what we do. Other elevator companies fill spots; we recruit the best in business to come work with us, and as a result, we provide a superior level of service to our customers. Our technicians are experienced professionals who take care of their clients.
